Founded in 1983 by Mark Kettler and Mark Wels, and based in Anaheim, CA, MK Battery has grown into a multi-national organization. Acquired in 1995 by East Penn Manufacturing. Co., Lyon Station, PA, and operating as a wholly-owned subsidiary, MK now distributes from 26 locations in the U.S., seven in Europe and one in Australia. Each distribution center is staffed by company personnel to provide personalized local sales and service support.
