Jessica Parrish is MK Battery’s Marketing Manager and Southeast Regional Sales Representative. Jessica’s sales territory includes managing accounts in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee. She has been with the company since 2014, totaling eight years in the industry. Her first day at MK was in 2014 at Medtrade in Atlanta, Georgia – What a welcome!

When asked what her favorite part of her job was, she said, “Learning about all of the various applications that require batteries – everything from medical devices to fire and security panels to elevators to uninterruptible power sources, and the list goes on and on! Batteries are a vital power source in today’s world.” It makes Jessica proud to work for a company that understands the value of its commitment to delivering high-quality products and superior customer service. 

Depending on the day, you can find Jessica meeting with current and potential customers, sourcing new leads, conducting sales presentations and training classes, as well as editing blogs and social media content. The list is endless, but these are some of the multiple hats that Jessica wears on the job!  

One thing that Jessica wished everyone knew about MK Battery would be its relentless pursuit of customer satisfaction. I am in awe of the company’s attention to detail in supplying the most reliable batteries for a host of mission-critical applications, and how dedicated every employee is to meeting our customers’ needs.”

In her free time, Jessica spends much of her time at home with her husband, Evan, her son, EJ (3 years-old), and is expecting a new bundle of joy in May 2023. She also enjoys traveling, domestically and internationally, with her family and is currently the Social Chair for her HOA, organizing all the events in her 400-home community, including the Summer Kickoff Pool Party, Fall Festival and Turkey Trot, and Craft Fair.

If Jessica could go anywhere in the world, she said, “I would go to Egypt and Ghana to explore the richness and cultural experiences of the continent of Africa.”
